Block Shot (Prototype)

Navigate through this 2D platformer while collecting coins, solving puzzles and defeating enemies - however, there is a twist. Unable to jump and equipped with nothing but a gun, you must find other ways to traverse the environment and defeat your foes!

This game was created for a second year University exam - the goal was to create a minimalistic game with a single core mechanic (other than movement) that can be used in more than one way. This version of the game resembles something closer to a prototype for the shoot-to-move concept I was going for, and I am currently working on a more fleshed out version.
